Our pricing structure is simple and straightforward. No hidden fees, EVER! All prices INCLUDE pre-treatments. We charge by the room/area, as indicated below.
$120 minimum for any cleaning.

The only time a price will change is when an area or item has been added, or additional services are requested. As always, we guarantee our phone quotes. Benefect, a more natural disinfectant and deodorizer, is available for treating pet odors for an additional cost.
Disinfectant/Deodorants available. All products are 100% non toxic and biodegradable. $20 up to 3 areas, $40 for 4 areas or more. (price is total, not per area).
